Calling the Nebraska WBB game vs. Tarleton State for Big Ten+ on Nov. 22, 2022.

About Me

I'm the Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter at KTTC in Rochester, MN. I've been lucky to start my career in a place that is passionate about sports.

I greatly enjoy being in front of the camera, and I pride myself on bringing energy and authenticity to my coverage. My greatest passion is storytelling, and I am always invigorated by the process of bringing a story to life. I believe in each final score, highlight play and unique event is a story, and I strive to tell the best story every time.

I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in December 2023. I was a double major in Broadcasting and Sports Media and Communications — a path that helped me hone my skills while exploring my passions. As sports director for the college radio & TV station, I had the opportunity to be front and center for the wild ride that was Nebraska Athletics from 2019 to 2023 (Scott Frost fired, Matt Rhule hired, Volleyball Day in Nebraska — you name it!).

At KTTC, I've covered a fair share of high-stakes professional sporting events that matter to the region, but nothing replaces my love for the hands-on nature of covering high school sports. Building relationships and finding stories that are meaningful to individual communities has been incredibly rewarding.

I grew up in Bellevue, Nebraska and I fell in love with sports at an Omaha Nighthawks game (in the short lived UFL). I was lucky enough to know what I wanted to do at a young age. In eighth grade, I decided I wanted to be a sports broadcaster. I started journalism in my freshman year of high school. A decade later, the dream lives on.
